Any 6 Pack Abs Workout Originates In The Kitchen

There are basically two types of males – those with a six pack and those without those alluring clump of muscles lining their stomachs. These two groups also live different lives as the guys that stick to their 6 pack abs workout routine spend most of their time shirtless and the others stay fully dressed.

Magazines and movies brought about the idea that the ultimate male had a six pack and the world still believes this today. It may be a bit of a shocker to learn that six packs are actually formed in the kitchen – not so much in the gym.

The answer lies in the layer of fat that covers the abdominal muscles and yes, all of us actually have a six pack. Some of us just have a covered up version, as the belly fat completely hides the underlying muscles. You may train these muscles until they are rock hard, but whilst there is fat covering them, they will hardly be visible.

Measure the body fat index of six pack showing makes and you will see that they have as close to zero fat percentage on their bellies. Should they deviate from their strict eating plan, even their 6 packs will disappear under some fat.

Many people grabbed a pen and developed diets for six packs and if you look closely they all have the same basic components. So no matter which diet you choose, simply stick to it and make sure it has the following food stuff in it that you should eat 6 times daily.

Number one on your plate is protein. To find your protein serving size, look at the size of your palm of your hand. Next to your proteins should be vegetables – serving size the size of your clenched fist. Finally the plate gets loaded with carbohydrates – one quarter the size of your protein serving.

Eat your meals at the same time every day as this will actually accelerate your metabolism. Combine this eating plan with some aerobic exercise to loose any fat deposited on your stomach. Now follows those lovely crunches.

The abdominal muscle develops by contracting it and holding the contracted muscle for a minute or two. Slowly relax back to your original position without taking the strain from the muscles. Repeat this process daily until you are completely exhausted and can not do a single crunch anymore.

What you are actually doing is ripping the micro fibers inside your muscles apart. They then grow back with a vengeance – stronger and larger in volume, so the whole muscle expands. As a newcomer to exercise you may find crunches quite hard to do; use the gimmick crunch machines shown on TV to train your body into this exercise; before you know it you are strong enough to do crunches all on your own.

The secret is thus – eat right and exercise more and you may end up with a dream body.
