We get up when we awake, having dispensed with the formidable buzz of the alarm! Just being able to do this little thing is a great blessing to my nervous system for starters! My husband and I get in a leisurely breakfast sitting out on our deck enjoying the sights and sounds of the many native birds in our garden and the warm sunny morning, knowing later we can get out into the sun for a walk or go down to the beach for a swim.
