Fantastic Changes After Reading Fat Loss For Idiots Reviews

I was at a real low point in my life when I sat at the PC one night and found Fat Loss for Idiots reviews when searching for weight loss programs. I was looking for answers online – answer to why I could not get motivated to shed off pounds. I have got books on the subject and watch all those shows on TV where people go on diets and exercise for 6 hours per day. I would drink beer and eat chips watching those programs, wishing I could lose weight, too.

I ordered it, right there and then. It was simple to enroll. I was ready to be “shocked” into weight loss. I was issued my daily menus and I got on it, straight away.

It was the most interesting diet I’ve ever been on. There had been absolutely no room for boredom, with a spread of foods each day. And the combination of foods that were on the meal plan, although unusual, made meal planning a treat. Forget salad and melba toast and dry tuna with no mayo. Plus, it was easy to eat on the run which I actually liked. I’m out and in of my mini-van every day with children and grandchildren. Eating on the run contributed to being over weight because I ate junk food too often.

After eleven days I had lost six pounds. Perhaps that doesn’t sound like much to you, but I was amazed when I got on the scale and saw the results. It was simple and Fat Loss for Idiots made eating really fun.

Really, any diet works. If you ate nothing apart from apples for 11 days, you’d shed pounds, too. The trick is to stay with it, and Fat Loss for Idiots is such an unusual diet that you would like to do it. You don’t have to psych yourself up or think positively. It didn’t even enter my mind to cheat. It was that jump start I needed to keep going. I’d suggest it to anybody, because you’ve got nothing to gain and everything to lose!
