Yes, you could eat 6 donuts a day (1800 calories) but you would be starving since the donut is little more than fat, water, grease, and sugar in small quantities and high calories. The bottom line here is these oddball diets are absurd.
Rather than waste time with such diets, why not just stick with the basics? On all basic levels, it is best to just do what is needed to boost your metabolism. Is this a tough goal? No, it is not really all that tough; you just need to do what is done to make sure the metabolism is revved up.

Specifically, human beings are subject to their own physical limitations. Cardio and weight training sessions are known to cause a strain to the body.
