To address current nursing shortage, law makers, health care associations, nursing schools and universities agreed that we should protect the right of nurses to advocate on their patient’s behalf, set minimum ratio of nurse to patient in hospitals and invest on nurse’s trainings and programs. These are the factors that contribute quality health care services. It would seem useless to every American to enjoy health care benefits without high-quality of health care work force to provide it.

The nation relies so much on nurses. They are the missing link between doctor and patient and they are considered to be the patient’s advocate. Without them, professional doctors can never perform and do their job well. This goes the same way with our health care system. Without nurses, health care system is dysfunctional.

The United States current administration address major overhaul on health care system. They have allocated budget to fund this project. Health care reform includes giving health care insurance to millions of Americans who doesn’t have it.

Nursing agencies are known to develop and recruit nurses from countries who have more than enough that what their county needs (e.g. Philippines). This is why starting a nursing agency business is so lucrative.

Massive nursing shortage is the cause behind entrepreneurs starting a nursing agency. Starting a nursing agency is the most sough business nowadays. Aside from the simplicity of its management, you will be earning huge profit that you never expect it to be. You will also be helping people in need and you will reap good karma. Starting a nursing agency business has never been easier due to all the resources available. However it’s just that people don’t usually think of doing this type of business because it’s not glamorous.
